Project Manager

We are looking for a value-centric Project Manager who can contribute significantly to the success of our projects by efficient utilisation of resources, and help the business in achieving strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are prioritised and aligned to short- and long-term business goals
• Lead the scheduling and management of deliveries to ensure projects are delivered within the planned timeframes
• Guide and facilitate sprint planning
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and management
• Create an efficient framework for seamless team collaboration and communication among team members
• Implement standards and best industry practices
• Strengthen the culture of open communication, feedback and collaboration

REQUIREMENTS

• Project Manager experience of bringing complex products to market
• Exposure to agile software development methodologies
• Experience using Jira and Confluence to manage projects
• Experience working with a technical team
• Problem solving aptitude and attention to detail
• Some prior experience in a fast paced startup or fin-tech company
• Some technical knowledge

Nice to have

• PRINCE 2 qualification
• Understanding of financial markets and market data
• Degree in a STEM subject or Economics/Finance, or equivalent practical experience
